Arrival by train and bus
Muttenz lies 7 km from the gates of Basel and is easily reachable by public transport. The train station in Basel is reachable via a broad network of international and intercity trains.
From Basel SBB take the tram direction Aeschenplatz. From Aeschenplatz, take tram no.14 direction Muttenz Dorf /Pratteln. Get off at the station Käppeli. From there the start area is about 400 Meter by foot to the school house Margelacker.
You can also reach the start area from Muttenz station, Dornach, Biel Benken with Bus no.60 oder 63 as far as the bus stop “Unterwart“.

Arrival by car
To arrive from Zürich, Luzern, Bern, Freiburg (D), take the motorway direction Basel. Then the A18, direction Laufen Delémont, exit Muttenz-Süd and fafter the Münchensteinerstrasse go direction Muttenz. At the sports area, turn left into a signed parking.

Arrival from Basel Euroairport
From Euroairport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, it is easy to take Bus no. 50 to Bahnhof Basel SBB. From there take the tram to Aeschenplatz. At Aeschenplatz, take tram no. 14 direction Muttenz Dorf. Change in Pratteln and continue as far as the station Käppeli. From there it is about another 400 meters by foot to the school house Margelacker.
Arrival from Zürich airport
There are direct intercity und interregional connections to Basel SBB. From there take the tram to Aeschenplatz. At Aeschenplatz, take tram no. 14 direction Muttenz Dorf / Pratteln. Get off at the station Käppeli. From there it is about another 400 meters by foot to the school house Margelacker.
